When does the season run from/to?

The season usually starts around Septmber running through to April.

When are games played?

The usual format for a season for Junior teams is that teams from the whole Central Conference meet throughout the season usually playing a few games in the day.  These are usually held in Sheffield or Rotherham where there are 2 purpose built rinks.

For Seniors in 2023/24 season we will hold home and away games against the other teams in our division.

What are the rules of Ball Hockey?

If you are familiar with Ice Hockey rules, you'll see many similarities with Ball Hockey.  The object of the game quite simply is to strike the ball with the hockey stick and knock it into the opponent’s hockey net.

BHUK has a full run down of rules here.

What does a ball hockey game look like?

Ball Hockey is a game very similar to Ice Hockey and whilst it's a little slower than Ice Hockey, it's still fast paced and full of energy!
